マニラ麻が主原料の美濃和紙（分類外繊維）をより良く細くカットした物で綿糸を包む様に撚り合わせ、その上にポリエステルをタスキ状に撚り合わせた素材です。
和紙の吸放湿性とさらりとした肌触りが特徴で、染着差による色目の深みも楽しめます。
This material is made by finely cutting Mino washi paper, whose main raw material is Manila hemp (classified as “other fibers”), and twisting it around a cotton yarn as a wrapping layer, then twist a polyester component in a sash-like manner over the top.
It features the moisture-absorbing and releasing properties and a smooth, dry hand feel of washi, and also offers a pleasing depth of color created by the natural dye‐uptake variations of the paper fiber.
